www.BudgetFilmMaker.com was launched to host short films made on a low budget by filmmakers working with limited resources. These films will not be made by big production companies, but instead by individuals with an immutable passion for filmmaking. Every film will be accompanied by a director's interview, thus providing both entertainment and creative insight to aspiring filmmakers.

 

The Halloween Challenge is a yearly event run by the founder of www.budgetfilmaker.com Hakan Besim. This is a low budget horror short film festival that is growing in size and audience.
